Alaska Summer Solstice
Flyball Tourney Archives (2006 - 2011)

Since 2006, Alaska Dogs Gone Wild has successfully hosted two sets of flyball tournaments in June each year. In addition to our own local participants from ADGW and Pawsitive Synergy, competitors have come from North Carolina (DogGoneFast), Saskatchewan (Good2Go), New Hampshire (White Mountain Mayhem), Michigan (QuickSilver), Alberta (Bark 'N Mad), California (INXS), Nevada (Atomic Dogs), Colorado (DEO Speedwaggin' and RUFF in both 2009 and 2011), Wyoming (Hole-In-The-Wall Gang), and Illinois (Canine Athletics).

"We flew the dogs to Alaska for the 4th annual Alaska Dogs Gone Wild Summer Solstice Flyball tournament. There were 4 days of racing with a day off in the middle. We had a blast up there and used the 19.5 hrs of sunlight to explore the area. When we weren't racing, we went hiking, fly fishing and site seeing."
