Heidi
(NAFA points/racing history)
Born February 5, 2017, in Anchorage, Heidi knows the high intensity, volume, and racing of flyball means the sport was made for her. She became an official team member in December 2018 and is very proud to be part of Alaska Dogs Gone Wild. From the beginning, Heidi knew she’d thrive at learning and doing things faster and with more flair than others. Since adopting them in April 2017, she has worked with her people to hone and develop her skills. She believes flyball provides a suitable outlet to focus on these goals. Heidi is a lovable, social, and intelligent girl with a lot to say, and who will readily give her opinion on matters large and small, important and insignificant. Often accused of over thinking things, Heidi seeks activities that stimulate her brain as well as her muscles. In addition to flyball, she loves to follow trick dog trends and add new tricks to her repertoire, especially when treats are involved. She tends to learn them faster than her people can introduce them. Heidi also enjoys playing tug, hiking, jumper courses, playing with her pals, swimming, doggie parkour, meeting new people and dogs, monitoring and reporting the neighborhood activities, car rides, and just being outside.
