Quinncreek Tollers Midnight Sun “Sunny” was our first Toller. She was born July 23, 2015 and whelped in Sequim, Washington by Terri Krause. I’ve always had Labradors and I was planning on getting another when my daughter begged for her “own” puppy. A chance conversation with a coworker led me to explore a breed I had never heard of, “the Toller” or Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. These dogs are smart, playful, athletic, and perfect family dogs. Sunny is an awesome companion. She is a little bossy and probably should be a hunter with her strong prey drive, but since I don’t hunt, I am hoping she can direct her energy towards flyball.
