Tanner is a TOTAL Daddy's Girl. She is Black Lab mixed with Blue Heeler and therefore is highly food-motivated and a bit obsessive/compulsive. We rescued her in 2001 at the tender age of four months. She has been competing successfully in agility since 2003 and began learning how to play flyball in late 2004. Although obedience and agility training came easily to Tanner, it took her a little longer to get the hang of flyball. After 4 1/2 years of training without much success, Tanner’s Uncle Scott took over as her handler and suddenly little Miss Tanner couldn’t get enough of the game! Five years after she began her training, Tanner earned her FD at the 2009 ADGW Summer Solstice Flyball Tourneys, handled by her Uncle Scott. Tanner has a big brother, Sparky, a little brother, Zoom, and three cats to play with while we are at work. Shelters across the United States are full of good dogs like Tanner; visit a shelter for your next dog.
