Yikes
was the hero of Hyper Flight's 2009 U-FLI Division 1 championship team.
The first race of day 2, our long-time start dog, Temper, had to
be pulled from racing. Yikes was brought in during the middle of
the race when we were down by two heats--one more lost heat and we
would have lost the race. Despite never running on the A-team,
Yikes came through for us and we won that race. Yikes ran every
heat of every other race that day. Thanks to his courage and
effort, Hyper Flight won their first U-FLI championship.
He likes to see how fast he can whip off the box.
Yikes! This handsome guy has a heart of gold. He is
always smiling and happy to be there. Yikes is a very hard
worker and aims to please. He loves his job, but if Yikes
could wear a bumper sticker, it would say, "I'd rather be
swimming".
