Macy

Macy is a borderstack, which means she is a cross between a border collie (father) and a jack russell/staffordshire mix (mother).  This dog was breed for flyball and it certainly runs in her blood.  Macy came to our team all the way from Virginia as a 5-month old puppy looking for a home.  Ever since that first practice, she was running over the jumps and playing with anything she could chase and tug.  After a full year of training, Macy was ready for a tournament and has been racing strong ever since that first experience.  Although she is one of the most sweet and affectionate dogs, when Macy she standing in a line up she is all about racing, and will always give her best performance possible as she tries to outrun every other competitor.  Macy absolutely loves when we play flyball (she always seems to know when we are close to our destination), but when we are enjoying our time at home she likes going for hikes, jogging, playing with her frisbee, and chasing the local squirrels and rabbits that live in the back yard.
