The Coconut Classic is a tournament not to be missed!  .....and not many Flyballers on the East Coast did.  What a turnout!   In addition to some serious racing, the Classic has a fun crating area decorating contest.  The Jersey Devil Dogs (that's us) have been bridesmaids in years past but never the bride.... until this year!   But back to some racing ..... we entered 3 teams; Pawzest, Lucifers and Barkside with the following line-ups: 1. Barkside - Regular 6:   Tyronne Buffy Mickey Bella Jessie Louie 2. Pawzest - Regular 4   Beep Taz Chester Raz Casey Sally  3. Lucifurs - Multi-Breed 2   Jessie Sally Rose DC Louie Beep

Accomplishments

• This year the Jersey Devil Dogs finally won the crating decoration contest. Kudos to Gary and Jane for an excellent job. The Pawrate ship looked fantastic.
• Barkside won Regular Division 6.  
• Lucifers took second in Multi-Breed Division 2

New Titles:

• Jessie - there's a new flyball g-d - FGDCH  (JDD's 3rd FGDCH this year)
• Beep - Onyx  (the only Rhodesian Ridgeback to achieve Onyx!)
• Rose - FDCH  (who made it into the sub 5 sec club)
   

Special Award - Junior handler award went to Ian (Joy's nephew) who handled Taz ......  Special thanks to Barb for pulling... i mean taking him under her wing.
