I loved you like you were my own
and I warned you of all the
dangers of being a girl on the run.
Still today my heart aches as much as
it did the day I got the awful news
that you had passed.
I miss you greatly and we were robbed of many years of fun together.
I know your family misses you also
and you will always be
in our hearts!!
Love you Forever!! Aunt Cindy

Diamond belongs to my brother and his
family. What a cute little
puppy she was, so small and innocent!! Well,
it didn't long for them
to find out what a JRT was all about!! She is an
active girl and
the kids kept her busy by walking and roller flyballblading with her.
As I watched Diamond grow I saw a potential flyball dog.
So I got the nerve up to ask my brother and sister-in-law if
I could start working with her.
She was a natural on the box and took to
the jumps with no problems. In a short period of time she was able to put
it all together.
However, then came the tournaments and Diamond made it a
whole new game (I thought what the heck was I thinking
taking on a JRT)!!
At her very first tournament she
crossed over during warm-ups to see what
the dog in the other
lane was all about. You guessed it, she was T-boned
by a large Lab!! God, I thought I had broke her and how was I going to
explain this
to my brother and his family!! But all was fine and it took
several tournaments to regain her confidence but
she is doing wonderful
now and she loves to travel with Aunt Cindy!! Thanks again Ben, Tammy, Kaitlyn and Benji
for letting me borrow Diamond for the weekends!!
