JEWEL RUNNING - VIDEO

Jewel was born in Alabama but came to live with her dad in Florida at nine weeks of age. She was a bit scared with all the new things around her but meeting her husband to be, Treasure, was even scarier. He was not used to sharing his dad or home with another dog but they soon became friends (as long as Treasure got his way). Jewel's dad is a professional AKC handler, so he goes out of town often, so her second home is with aunt Bonnie Belle and team mates Aunt Ebba & Raina. Jewel over came her fears and learned to run very fast (you would too if being chased by two 75 lb German Shepherds).   She is not only an athlete but she is good looking too. She has her conformation Championship title in three different kennel clubs and she also obtained her Canine Good Citizen certificate.

Dancie Girl (see photo) is her newest trick along with speak and shake (right & left paw) She would get very excited watching her friends play Flyball so I enrolled her in one of our classes and she took to it like a Chessie takes to water. With height dog, Astro, she got her FDX at her first tournament. Jewel doesn't like to have to go over the high jumps so we are working on that.  Jewel is loved by Dad, Gary, along with Handler, Aunt, Janis.
