Rocket Relay Ruff & Tumble "Rugby" is a 33-lb border collie/staffordshire bull terrier mix born on October 14, 2011. No doubt about it, this guy has moxie. He is tough and intense, and LOVES his tuggie. Like the sport, Rugby is a rough and tumble kinda guy who enjoys entertaining his family and getting them laughing. He is bursting with personality, loves to snuggle, and is super smart. Rugby debuted in August 2013, taking the Alaska flyball ring by storm, running solid 3.7 second line-to-line times. His current personal best in starts is 3.675 (3.659 + 0.016 start) and 3.783 in the pack. In October 2019, Rugby ran on our regular team in Indianapolis at CanAm that set a new ADGW record of 15.976 seconds, besting our Alaska state record of 16.088 seconds. He also ran on our regular team that won the CanAm Championships in Division 2 in 2019 and Division 7 in 2017. Not only is Rugby a dynamo in the flyball ring, he is great at doing tricks and playing disc. He also loves skijoring, nosework, and agility, and puts 100% into everything he does. Rugby lives with his "sisters" Zoya and Pixel. He is half brother to teammate Ricochet.
