Honey Dijon Dip/Salad Dressing | |

Preparation Instructions | ||
Combine ingredients until satisfied. The dip depends on how spicy, sweet or creamy you like it. Also makes a great salad dressing! |

Warm Artichoke Dip | |
1-1/4 oz (or can) | artichoke hearts - strained and finely chopped | |
2 cloves | garlic - finely chopped | |
3/4 cup | mayonnaise | |
1 1/2 cup | shredded mozzarella cheese | |
1 lg pkg | cream cheese | |
1/4 cup | grated parmesan cheese | |
Preparation Instructions | ||
Mix together and bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve warm | ||

Garlicky Cream Cheese Dip/Spread | |

2pkg | light cream cheese - softened | |
3-6 cloves | garlic - finely chopped | |
6-8 pieces | sun-dried tomatoes - re-hydrated and chopped | |
1 squeeze | lime juice (lemon will do) | |
Preparation Instructions | ||
Mix all ingredients together, and serve with nachos, chips, or crackers. Make sure everyone eats some! | ||

Crunchy Broccoli Salad | |

2 heads of broccoli, broken into small separate florets | ||
¼ head of cauliflower | ||
½ red delicious apple, cut into small pieces | ||
½ small or ¼ large red onion, cut into small pieces | ||
¼ to ½ cup of dried cranberries | ||
¼ to ½ cup of shelled sunflower seeds | ||
1/3 cup of freshly shelled raw peas for additional crunch/flavour (optional) | ||
Preparation Instructions | ||
Add approximately 1 tsp. of lime juice to prevent browning of cut apple. Mix with Low or No Fat Miracle Whip to taste. Enjoy! Serves 6-8 | ||
Beef Roll Up |

1 ready made pizza dough (or 2lbs of forzen bread dough) |
3/4 cup chopped red peppers |
1/2 cup chopped red onion |
1 tbsp garlic salt |
1 tbsp italian seasoning (or to taste) |
2 cups finely shreaded cheese |
1 egg white |
8-10 oz thinly sliced deli roast beef (julienned) |
Preparation Instructions |
Mix, red pepper, onion and spices in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 1 minute or until pepper and onions are soft. Prepare Pizza dough according to instructions, roll out onto a flat, lightly floured surface. Spread roast beef and pepper mixture onto the dough leaving approximately 1” gap around the edges. Roll up dough and pinch ends together to close. Lay on a lightly greased baking sheet, seam side down. Beat egg white and water together and lightly brush over top of the dough. Take a sharp knife and put a few slits in the top of the roll. Bake at 400 degrees in the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes.Pull out at 25min and sprinkle cheese over the top before baking for another 5 the last 5 min. |
