Earnhardt is originally from Montana. He was 5 years old and living with his grandma, due to his owners ill health, when we met. Granny loved "Ernie" very much, but she was 85 years old, lived in a townhouse and already had a cat and a dachshund. It was decided in 2012 to find "Ernie" a new home. They worked with the rescue group called Second Chance Pets to find his new family. I just happened to see his picture and profile online. I arraned to meet "Ernie" and Granny made a home visit to meet my dogs. He's been with me ever since. It was evident that "Ernie" needed a job. He is ball fetching crazy! A friend suggested flyball. "Ernie" loves playing the game!

"Ernie" is totally devoted to me and rarely leaves my side. I couldn't ask for a better friend and companion. Love ya Buddy !
