Who makes the rules for flyball?

The governing body for most flyball competition is the North American Flyball Association. 

What height do dogs jump?

Jump heights are set at a minimum of 4 inches lower than the height at the withers of the smallest dog on the team--to a minimum of 8 inches. The maximum jump height is 16 inches.
