Belle was adopted at the age of 2 from Glen Highland Farm
(Sweet Border Collie Rescue). Her Mother was a Sheltie and
her Father was a Border Collie. She joined my family of 5 other
dogs (all males), Bandit, Charlie, Sidney (Shelties), Jack and Jake
(Border Collies). She walked into my home and instantly into my
heart. She is such a lover and still manages to keeps all the boys
in line. I knew flyball was the sport for her because she loves the
tennis ball, even at times bouncing it herself. I have to admit I
almost gave up on the sport with her, I just thought she would
never get the concept, but though the help and guidance of my
teammates, one day it all just clicked for her. She isn't the
fastest one on the team, but she is consistent, an as time goes on,
I'm sure her speed will pick up. Belle is a member of TDI, and
READ (Reading Education Assisted Dog and she has her CGC.
