Chex
came to us in August
2007
as an adult "project" dog. We think the project has been
a
success! Chex was a fixture on our A-team,
Stealth,
for many years. His first tournament on Stealth, we ran
15.42,
which was Hyper Flight's best time ever; this run made Hyper Flight the
3rd fastest U-FLI club of 2008 (link). He ran every heat
when Hyper Flight placed 2nd in Division 1 at the 2008 U-FLI
Championships in Memphis, Tennessee (link). Chex
was part of our Stealth team that ran 15.39 in March 2009, becoming
the 3rd fastest team in U-FLI history. He
was on the team that
ran Hyper Flight's all-time best of 15.35 (April 2009), and
he ran every heat for us at the 2009 U-FLI Championship
Tournament, when
Hyper Flight placed 1st in Division 1.
Chex's parents are Dart and Quiver (Quiver is
from Bo-Tyne Kennels). He is the full brother of Link, Psyche, and Temper.
When not playing flyball, Chex plays with toys--especially the kind
that squeak.
