The Capitol City Comets offers three types of memberships, Provisional, Regular, and Family. Click on the links below to read more about each membership type.
There are two ways to join the Comets, either by filling out the downloadable membership application below and mailing it in OR fill out your application online! Online applications will begin March 1st, 2002!

Provisional
New to the club? Then this is the membership for you!
Eligibility: In order to attain Provisional membership, an individual must have
1) successfully completed/enroll in the club's requisite training classes and been invited into the club by the Board of Directors or
2) be known by the Board of Directors to have competed in NAFA competitions for a minimum of one year with another club and be invited into the club by the Board of Directors.
Benefits:

- Club Newsletter Subscription
- Members Only admission on the website
- Participation in practice, tournaments, and activities.
Rates: $50.00 for the first year, $25.00 every year thereafter.
Regular
Eligibility: In order to attain Regular membership, the person must
1) have been a Provisional member for not less than six months, and
2) have been recommended for regular membership by a club "mentor", the training director, or team captain, and
3) have been voted for by a majority of the Regular membership by secret ballot at a club meeting or practice.

Rates: $30.00 annually
Family
Eligibility: Any person eligible to be a Regular member, together with their spouse and/or dependents are elibile for a Family membership at no additional cost.
