Sparrow

Hello, my name is Sparrow, although I also answer to Spar or Grosse Dou Doune. I was born March 11, 2007 at Blue Cedar Kennels in Nevada, and I lived there for a few years before moving North to Victoria, BC. Now I live with my mom Martine, my brother Papi and my litter-sister Flee.

Joining a flyball family, I knew they would put the finishing touches on my training and get me ready to race. The biggest hurdle in my training has been my insecurity and fear of strange people - especially with so many strange people on our flyball team! Haha! With Mom's patience, I've been working through it and have more human friends now. I even mustered up enough confidence to do two perfect full runs and earn my first tournament points on June 20, 2010!

I am pretty happy here, leading a pampered life - swimming, frisbee, running full out, and then sleeping in! My best trick is "touch your nose", and my favourite spot is on the couch. I love all the toys here and spread them all over the house for Mom to pick up!
