TooTone

Hey dude! My name is TooTone. Some folks call me Tommy-2-Tone or Tone Loc, but most just call me Tone. I was born April 15, 2009 in Nevada at Blue Cedar Kennels. I'm mostly whippet and border collie, with a shot of various terriers. I live with my humans Mike, Jen, Ryan and Erin, and canine siblings Brodie, Devo, Posh and Jagger.

My dad was already engrossed in the game of flyball long before I came along, so it was only natural that I would play too. My biggest training success was building up my tug drive, but that also made it our biggest challenge! I love the tug so much now that I will often drop the ball if I see my tug. I ran in my first tournament on March 27th, 2011. My average time is around 3.9 seconds, and my best time is 3.74.

When I am not at flyball, I like hanging out with my dad while he builds flyball equipment. If I'm not doing that, I'm probably jumping at the back sliding door or looking for ways to get into trouble! Other than the tug, my best toy is my flying squirrel. My favourite trick is to jump into my dad's arms, and no wonder, I would spend all my time at home there if I could! Dad would be ok with that though; he thinks I'm the coolest dog, even if he calls me a Drama Queen now and then.
